Thu Nguyen is an exciting Vietnamese painter based in the US. She immigrated to the US as a young orphan after becoming separated from her parents in the fall of Saigon, and went from fashion modelling in LA to pre-med studies before settling on a career in Visual Art. Now settled in Hawaii, she composes oil portraits and scenes of life marked by a rich colour palette, cultural inspiration and a touch of whimsy.
