To Lap Shing is a Chinese artist whose paintings have been widely exhibited on a national level, as well as in Singapore. He translates his background is the design of textile printing and dyeing into bold painterly works. Shing's bold and intensely colorful compositions are multi-dimensional and textural, combining both Chinese and Western art and evoking the unseen for a powerful visual impact.
