Tove Andersson's art is a celebration of hope, happiness, and an appreciation of life. The Sweden based painter also explores themes relating to freedom, connection, truth, beauty, and transformation, as well as existential questions concerning who we are and who we could be. Andersson favors a visual approach where familiar realism meets the unknown of abstraction. She believes that the world is a beautiful place and wants to add to it.
