Troy Edwards

Troy is a painter with a solid background of draftsmanship practice. Each of Troys' compositions is comprised of thousands of microdots produced with very fine-line archival ink pens. The small and densely packed dots set against white paper create striking contrasts. Through this technique, his compositions are filled with texture, shadow, and depth.

A Londoner currently based in the south of Spain, Troy Edwards’ work explores the human connection, as well as narratives of love, intimacy, and womanhood.

His photorealistic ink artwork portray simple, elegant, and engaging images, whereas his oil paintings transport the viewer to another moment of realism.
