Viatcheslav Plotnikov is an established Monaco-based painter whose works have featured in prizes, exhibitions and collections in Monaco and France. He principally explores Monte-Carlo in the past and present: painting lavish scenes of glamorous figures, elegant venues and famous faces to allow every viewer the opportunity to either visually relive the dream of the location, or feel charmed by a new one.
