Viktor Didishvili

Viktor Didishvili is a Georgian contemporary artist whose practice explores the intersection of art, science and philosophy. Working primarily in oil and acrylic on canvas, he combines symbolic abstraction with figurative elements to explore matter, energy, time, transformation and human existence. His artistic language is strongly influenced by his professional experience with stable isotopes, translating scientific concepts into colour, texture and symbolism rather than illustrating them literally. His series Isotopes of Creation, presented in a solo exhibition in Munich in 2026, traces a conceptual journey from hydrogen to the photon. His subsequent project, Isotopes of Time, explores time from a second to infinity through connections between isotopes, the cosmos and human civilization. His work invites viewers to contemplate the relationship between matter, time and our place within a larger cosmic order.
