Vincent Lenaerts, also known as NEPTCO Art, is a finger painter, sculptor, and woodworker. He primarily paints on canvas and also enjoys, at times, sculpting or creating animal-shaped wooden frames.

He primarily creates animal paintings, but also portraits. He uses an instinctive technique, painting in a single burst of energy in the dark, directly with his fingers or using unusual objects.
