Vytautas Laisonas is an established Lithuanian painter with international exposure. Laisonas paints in the figurative style, often depicting idyllic rural landscapes using broad brush strokes to achieve a soft finish. His bucolic paintings are reminiscent of the Romanticism period, filled with rolling hills, billowing clouds and seemingly endless rivers.
