« My aim is to show the ordinary as extraordinary. »
Wayne Malkin is an award-winning artist based in Australia whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. He describes the effect of atmospherics expressed through seascapes and landscapes as being a constant theme in his works. For Malkin, shadows, sunlight, reflections, and the changeable optics of water all play a vital role in evoking an emotional response within the viewer. He creates exclusively with oils.
