« I am perhaps something of an old soul. My works are restful and somehow quiet, demure, elegiac. »
William Oxer is an experienced British painter who has exhibited his work throughout the UK. He composes figurative works that primarily depict the female form in all its beauty and emotion. Shifting from thin layers of paint to sweeping, gestural brushstrokes, he infuses each piece with dynamism and vitality to construct nuanced visual narratives.
