Xiaofan Wang, born in China and educated in Singapore, is a self-taught painter who primarily uses watercolor to express her passion for nature. Her technique allows watercolor to flow freely, embracing the medium’s spontaneity with bold colors and occasional surreal elements. She gently captures the delicate, fleeting moments in presence—infusing her art with a quiet sense of fragility and awe for the ephemeral beauty of marine life, especially jellyfish.
