About this artwork
"Autumn Colors on the River" - In this work, I captured the calm and reflective essence of autumn. Using oil paint, I meticulously worked every reflection in the water, every touch of light on the leaves, to transport the viewer into a moment of absolute tranquility. It is a tribute to the serenity that nature offers us, a space to breathe and to find ourselves in the tumult of everyday life. This painting is not simply a work of art; it is an invitation…
to take a moment for oneself, to reflect and regenerate.

France
Painter Jenny d'Ormond has established herself as a specialist in 3D painting, a style where reliefs and colours come together to offer a unique immersion. Using mixed techniques such as mortar, sand or marble powder, she shapes her works in relief to bring her subjects to life; often a reflection on the soul and emotions. Her intense works express a cheerfulness giving the illusion of a three-dimensional life on the canvas.
Jenny d'Ormond is known for her innovative approach to acrylic painting. Sometimes preferring to do without brushes, she works directly with her fingers, "sculpting" the paint to create a living, organic texture. This tactile process strengthens the connection between the artist and her work.
