Mimicry as inheritance, learning by replication, evolution by adaptation, autonomy through emancipation, certainly all of this works, is shared and perpetuated.
What about imagining the "never seen," the never read or told? Are we capable of generating the unknown through pure creation, through our own imagination?
Invariably, we base ourselves on what we do not know, an omnipresent unconscious influence based on the transmission of knowledge… and cultures.
“Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed,” I believe this also applies to the mind; letting go of it to navigate new waters is no small feat…
I tried, out of curiosity, closing my eyes and attempting to imagine an image without support, without basis or known inspiration, without addition or dilution, the omnipotence of the unprecedented…
Praise be to the artists of the past, we could not do without them, how did they do it, and before them…?
