Multiple polygon and triangular sections to form a composition of a floating iceberg though deep arctic waters, seemingly weightless yet massive.
This is an original composition that required careful measurements and skillful handling of tools and pigments to achieve the desired effect of colours constrained to crisp straight lines. The divisions between the sections are straight and quite visible, as are the brush strokes. They often catch the… light, and when they do, highlight the sections surrounding it.
Color palette includes varying combinations and hues of prussian blue, cerulean blue, light blue, turquoise, zinc white and titanium white.
