“Planetary Fragments” has been realised thinking about our place in the universe: each piece is an abstracted sculptural concept of a plant, a rock, a moon, a landscape, a world. This collection is created to inspire others to wonder, and to remind them of our coexistence and participation with the movements of the universe. With the hope they will nourish and invigorate, for we all sometimes feel disconnected from the world.
These sculptures were… made in collaboration with the ground and the Sun; realising the shapes through a free cast of the earth, the shades of blue come from a chemical reaction with the sunlight.
