About this artwork
It represents what we would like to say but cannot put into words because it is so complicated and sometimes hidden even from ourselves.
This work was exhibited in the historical circuit of the TORRAZZO GONZAGHESCO of Commessaggio (MN), therefore it is stamped on the back by this Association, which is an added value.
Adriana Montali primarily uses acrylic on canvas, but also experiments with wood, cardboard, ceramic, and textured materials, drawing on her training as an art teacher and extensive artistic education. Her "really abstract" technique blends informal abstraction, spatula strokes, scratches, plants, and gold leaf, creating works that dialogue between reality and transfiguration. Her works invite the viewer on an inner journey and a search for meaning, conveying a profound desire to go "beyond," toward personal awareness and the infinite.
