United States
« I was a well-known stage designer for 35 years. I always wanted to get back to painting and now it is what I do full time. »
Adrianne Lobel is a painter and printmaker based in the United States whose works have been featured in several solo exhibitions nationally. She describes her artistic process as the simplification of what she observes into geometric shapes, which she defines as impressionistic cubism.
