A young girl holds a telescope, observing her surroundings.
This forest is not merely nature, but an unknown space that mirrors the uncertainties of life.
It is a path one must take, even when not a step ahead can be seen. In the delicate figures of a girl and boy as explorers, I projected the image of myself once a small, fragile being facing the world.
The insects, mushrooms, and trees entangled within the forest background symbolize both fear… and curiosity in confronting the unknown.
The child in the painting does not shrink back, but gazes directly into that world. Though fragile, she does not give up; with only a small telescope in hand, she strives to understand the world.
This forest is a place of fear, but also a stage for growth.
It is like an uncertain future, yet at the same time, it is my unconscious inner world, where I endlessly sought to explore myself.
And ultimately, it becomes a narrative of our shared journey through a future that no one can foresee.
