French painter Alain Carron created his first oil painting when he was just 11, and has now exhibited work throughout France. Inspired by his observations of society, Carron creates imaginary and burlesque characters in his paintings to tell stories both light and serious. Carron applies oil bright oil paints to wood panels mounted on frames to create pieces which are funny, poetic, and occasionally sarcastic.
