The lie begins small but once spoken it refuses to sit still. The pants ignite first, flames licking at the fabric where truth should have lived. From that heat, strange forces awaken. Purple shapes twist and curl around the scene like thoughts trying to escape their own story, watching the lie grow larger than its teller intended.
