El tríptico Octubre, parte de la serie Trinidades, simboliza el infinito a través de figuras geométricas: círculo, triángulo y cuadrado. Esta serie se inspira en la obra del monje zen Gibon Sengai del siglo XVIII, quien exploró estas formas fundamentales. En Octubre, los colores—verde, rosa y azul pálido—aluden a la síntesis de la luz; específicamente a la luz blanca, compuesta por haces rojo, verde y azul, simbolizando el equilibrio de la luz.

La obra evoca el infinito de la luz y la energía a través de un rombo que representa el triángulo. En la geometría sagrada, el triángulo simboliza la conexión entre cielo, tierra y humanidad, aludiendo al equilibrio y lo sagrado. Alejandra Repetto Escardó is a Río de la Plata–based artist working at the intersection of geometric abstraction and contemplative inquiry. Through painting and photography, she explores the persistence of the sacred in contemporary art, approaching geometry not as a closed system but as a symbolic structure that activates perception.
Her practice engages the constructive legacy of Joaquín Torres García and Zen Buddhist thought, understanding emptiness as an active field of energy rather than absence. Synthesising geometric language, landscape, and archetypal form, her work questions how the gaze is culturally constructed.
Through subtle monochromes, high tonal palettes, and restrained use of gold, she creates perceptual thresholds where silence, structure, and void converge.
