Alejandro Reyna is a Mexican painter and muralist trained at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He specializes in oil on canvas but is also versatile in acrylic, pastel, watercolor, and monumental murals. He masters academic realism and develops a visual "Magic Realism," fusing precise human figures with abstract and dreamlike backgrounds. His technique combines classical and contemporary styles, experimenting with gold, geometry, and color on a large scale. His works convey awe, healing, and reflection, inviting an emotional and universal experience that reconciles the ancestral with the modern.
