About this artwork
In this piece, resin becomes frozen glass, a transparent block that traps and protects a mystery inside: a black cartridge. Suspended in clarity like an encapsulated thought, the dark object floats between light and shadow, creating a dialogue between the visible and the hidden.
The contrast between translucent purity and opaque density suggests the duality of memory: what we show to the world and what we choose to keep secret. As a sculpture, it… invites contemplation; as a paperweight, it physically anchors the present while guarding a fragment of the past.
Its presence is silent but magnetic, evoking modern relics or amulets of a future yet to come.
