About this artwork
Conflitto is a work that delves into the baseness of the human soul, into the torment of an endless night. The matter is a raw material mixed and still in relief. It is what remains of the carnage, an organic battlefield that can also be perceived by touch. To depict this incurable struggle, plates, burnt plastic cups and torn by chiaroscuro enamels and tar were used on a MDF board.
