About this artwork
The idea for this combination came to me one day looking at an old fountain pen and I noticed how the pen had this vagina-like shape.
This work consists of an ink drawing on cardboard and an old ink nib, which completes the drawing in a three-dimensional way.
The concept is to replace a part of the body, which could be censored, paradoxically it is this form of censorship that highlights the hidden part. Hence the discovery of what was deliberately… hidden.
