About this artwork
It's a concentration of primal energy: I wanted to give form to passion and movement, and I did so with acrylics layered on a deep yellow that vibrates like a source of light. The fluid forms and curvilinear strokes don't describe: they activate. It's an invitation to let yourself be carried to where the unknown ceases to be frightening and becomes momentum.

Born and working in the province of Brescia, Alessandro Noci is a contemporary artist who explores the emotional and instinctive dimension of abstraction. His poetics stems from the idea that "abstract art is emotion dissociated from logic," a principle that guides every gesture and layering of color. Self-taught, Noci constructs a personal language of movement, energy, and matter: dense, vibrant fields of color that become projections of inner states. His canvases, often large in format, take the form of dynamic spaces in which color transforms into visual energy, capturing the moment when instinct meets awareness.
