A month after, the first lockdown of Milan and Lombardy announced the period of our 'new normal' life with the sounds of silence, ambulances, and daily reports on human casualties. An almost constant lock-down due to the epidemic outbreak in Italy, but also in… many other parts of the world, have apparently changed our perceptions and systems of values. This and other paintings from the collection Quarantine aim at capturing some of the changes introduced into our life, establishing new habits and new visions.
