About this artwork
I use visual art as a medium of communication. As an independent entity that doesn't want to impose itself, but doesn't give in either.

Alexander Ruppert
Germany
Alexander Ruppert (born 1977) often devotes himself to socially critical issues of our time. The artist primarily uses painting, collage, assemblage and text design to do justice to the respective topic in the image statement.
Ruppert himself: "I use visual art as a medium of communication. As an independent being that does not want to impose itself, but does not give in either."
And so the artist is always concerned with the communication between himself and the viewer. Not about the aesthetic surface, but about the content of his work.
Ruppert studied media design in Munich, with a focus on painting (fine arts) and graphic design. After graduating in 1999, he returned to his hometown and lives and works in Bad Kissingen.
