This work is a passionate exploration of the inner landscape of the soul, unfolding a powerful visual tension between control and rebellion. In concentric, relief-like circular movements, a heavy, tactile structure is laid over a luminous core – like a protective yet constricting shell. The visible traces of the trowel lend the surface an archaic materiality and make the creative process part of the statement.
While the pulsating center embodies… the vital essence, dynamic rivulets and splashes of color are the hallmark of this series. They evoke associations of time and transience, allowing inner pressure to erupt uncontrollably, rawly, and honestly. The work explores states such as tension, memory, and emotional intensity. It invites the viewer to oscillate between protection and revelation, and to discover their own emotional resonances within the abstract form.
