In my artwork I combine acrylic, collage, charcoal, ink and ink to create a world between realism and semi-abstraction. It depicts a figure who appears to be in a dream state, surrounded by an environment that explores the intersection of structure and chaos. Alexandra Birschmann is an experienced painter and draftsman based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally and in Belgium. She describes her art as focusing mainly on people.
