Alexandra Birschmann is an experienced painter and draftsman based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally and in Belgium. She describes her art as focusing mainly on people. In addition, Birschmann is fascinated by personal sensations and the associated selective filters of perception that influence our decisions. Her intuitive abstract surfaces are fused with portraits, translated through acrylics, charcoal, ink, and collage on canvas.
