About this artwork
Childlike curiosity to discover our world is a precious treasure. Every new beginning, every "first time" enriches our lives in a unique way. In the innocence of childhood, we are carefree and have no idea that our later life will be shaped by limiting beliefs. In this early phase, love, trust and courage expand our horizons every day and allow us to look at the world with astonished eyes.
If we as adults remembered more often how great it was to… explore the world with the openness and enthusiasm of a child, we could recognize the limits that prevent us from discovering the true magic of life. Trust and courage are inseparable in order to listen to the inner voice of the child within us as adults. In this way we realize that we ourselves create the limits that limit us and it is our responsibility to overcome them in order to live our childlike treasure again.
