Alfred Samuel Lanz is a self-taught artist who uses digital photography as a medium to sketch and develop his visual intentions. He creates striking superpositions and processes his archive into series dominated by blue tones, with fine art prints (on Hahnemühle paper) being a central component. His works combine retro-romantic surrealism with utopian visions and explore themes of memory, the invisible, and the liminal spaces between space and time.
