Textural Expressionist Painting in Neutral Colors inspired by the layered look of ripped posters through out the city. This painting is part of a series inspired by the NYC urban landscape. The movement in the piece is a journey and evolves through the layering of paint. The end result is always to create a sense of balance through chaotic and gestural mark making. This painting was created using large brushes, spatulas, wedges and squeegees.
