About this artwork
I thrifted the pair of golden scissors and I instantly knew I needed to use it as the focal point of a piece. From there I searched for pendants and earrings that suited the vibe I wanted to convey. There is not a specific a emotion that I look to achieve as the focus for me is always how to give new life to a piece and so the meaning, although is quite a generic answer, is up to the viewer.
