the lone swimmer, the few minutes of introspection when submerged in the warm quiet of the water, and others investigate the interaction of people within various aspects of the landscape. I haven't settled on any particular style and constantly struggle with juxtaposing hyper-realism and having a painterly quality to my art. This conflict in my paintings is what I am always trying to balance.
