About this artwork
The bench in front of the gate is the everyday place, the time of day, friendship and gossip, the news of the citizens or the children's favorite playground.
In other times it was the breadwinner of the passer-by, today the contrast of the nation. Common sense or magnanimity are in the space that does not surround in a continuous challenge, until its disappearance, in order not to respect the custom and formal living.
I was given the freedom to… come up with my order, to play seriously. I capture everyday conversations, objects arranged and brought to the fore for use.
The braided piano, the snacks are also part of the custom of welcoming the passerby in front of the house's courtyard.
We collect tradition without realizing it and often mix it all up in very modern dailyAt other times it was the merit of the passer-by, today the contrast of the nation.
