About this artwork
The forest in flower, when the bushes begin to bloom and the leaves of the trees, shyly come out with the fresh green, after having spent a cold and gray winter.
The volatility of the forest is important as if the trees floated and woke up from the harsh winter and little by little they take on the strength and majesty of themselves. The blue of the sky enhances them creating harmony broken by the red of the flowering bushes.
Painted work leaving… the edges blurred and indeterminate, as if pointing to the center of the painting, to give it more visibility. Impressionism in its purity.
« An obsession of always being in contact with colors, conveying my feelings about Nature, but in the privacy of my studio. »
