About this artwork
I created this piece with acrylics to capture the liberation and untamed energy of human emotion. Each splash and blend of colors represents the inner strength we all carry, illuminating uncertainty with a burst of life. When you see it, I want you to feel that vibrant energy that transforms any space into a haven of inspiration and constant movement.
In this first work of the series, pink and magenta tones dissolve like petals suspended in the… air, gently falling toward a translucent background. The painting evokes the fragility of the ephemeral: that which vanishes the very instant it is revealed. Between glazes and transparencies, light pierces the pictorial matter, suggesting an intimate and delicate space where the visible and the invisible coexist in equilibrium.
The inspiration of Gerhard Richter drives my abstract works.

Andrés Rueda is a Spanish-based artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Germany, the Netherlands, France, and China. Considering himself a descendant of French Impressionism, his works are vibrant and expressive. Born in Spain in 1956, he feels like a citizen of the world. He is a prominent Neo-Impressionist painter. From an early age, he felt a deep attraction to painting and, as a street artist, worked his way up to exhibiting in internationally renowned galleries. Some of these galleries include those in Barcelona, California, the Netherlands, Madrid, China, Paris, and Castellón. His work is held in collections in Spain, Germany, Argentina, France, Luxembourg, China, the USA, and London, among major art collectors.
His works are included in several bibliographies from different countries and in the press since the 1970s. He has had nearly 100 national and international exhibitions.
