About this artwork
In my artwork, I used vibrant acrylic paints and pastels to create an abstract composition dominated by deep yellows. This creation reflects the power and energy of light, life, and freedom. It is intended to bring an expressive, almost tangible warmth to any room, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in a world of hope and optimism. Its abstract style and harmonious colors make it the perfect complement to modern, classic, or eclectic interiors,…
adding sophistication and personality to any space.

Andrea Finck is a contemporary painter with a background in archaeology and ancient art history. Her work explores themes of landscape, time, and cultural memory.
Starting with natural and coastal landscapes, multi-layered pictorial spaces emerge in which color, material, and layering overlap. Landscape is understood as a vehicle of time and perception, not as a mere representation.
In her work, painting and printmaking combine to create open processes between observation, transformation, and dissolution.
Her works have been shown in national and international exhibitions and are held in private collections.
“Your work transforms memory, archaeology, and material process into artworks that feel both intellectually rich and deeply tangible.” -Kurt Beers, London
