About this artwork
In my artwork I mix acrylic, oil and charcoal to create a semi-abstract, figurative vision with a metaphysical touch. It reflects deep emotions and the complexity of human connections. The blurred contours symbolize the transience of existence, while the warm tones convey a feeling of nostalgia and melancholy. This painting will bring a strong presence and reverberation of energetic passion to any room.

« I am briefly satisfied when I manage to detach the image from my original intention and surprise myself. »
Andreas Dullnig is an Austrian artist whose works have been featured in numerous solo exhibitions nationally. His compositions center around the portrayal of people, either through portraits or groups of people who are engaged in a certain action. In order to detach the image from its realistic idea, Dullnig begins a piece in such a fashion. One the picture is indeed realistic, the process of abstraction begins through the interaction of technology and chance.
