Andrew Clausen is a sculptor based in the Netherlands who has exhibited his works nationally, as well as in the United Kingdom and Italy. His art combines traditional sculptural techniques with digital fabrication. Clausen's subject matter varies and includes architectural images, machinery, the layout of printed material in newspapers and magazines, etc. Essentially, he searches for an image that he can flatten, and extracts the abstract aspects which he finds engaging.
