About this artwork
From a new series utilizing softer colors and sometimes round canvases. These painting are created using a sort of free-association technique to create something like waking-dreaming. There is a lot of symbolism representing nature - flowers, leaves, mushrooms, birds, and animals. The nude women represent the primordial state of humanity. The doves represent peace. The artist's vision is to create a work that generates continual visual interest,… positive vibrations, and a peaceful atmosphere. The title alludes to the Biblical flood story.
NOTE this work will be displayed at the Bineal of Sacred Art in Menton France in Autumn of 2023. For this reason it is not currently for sale.
