About this artwork
An intense and solemn work that portrays a tiger immersed in a rarefied atmosphere, suspended between shadow and presence. The subject, majestic and immobile, emerges from an impalpable fog, like a totemic figure that observes the world from a parallel dimension. The direct gaze transmits authority and mystery.
The gray and smoky tones that envelop the body, contrasted by the warm orange of the coat, build a subtle visual tension between camouflage… and revelation. The scene seems frozen in time, as if the animal were both spectator and guardian of an interior territory.
Invisible Sovereign is part of the series “Animal Metamorphosis”, in which each figure becomes an emotional and symbolic archetype. The tiger embodies the strength that does not need to manifest itself, the silent authority of those who have nothing to prove. A presence that imposes itself, even when it chooses not to be seen.
