About this artwork
"Summer 2025" is a visual invitation to savor the moment. Freshly sliced oranges lie on a bright plate—juicy, sun-drenched, almost tangible. Next to them is a glass of melting ice, as if someone had just set it down. A glass of Aperol is a must. The view opens to the pool, and further out to the sea, with a striped parasol stretched above it like a promise of lightness.
The work is painted in acrylic on canvas and coated with a clear, glossy epoxy… resin. This final finish not only intensifies the colors but also creates an almost glass-like surface—like a captured summer day, caught between light and stillness.
"Summer 2025" is not a realistic depiction, but a feeling: a quiet luxury. A reminder of the art of pausing.

« Art belongs to the people. It gives wings, inspires, and opens the mind. In painting, colors are like music that you can see. »
Joy, curiosity, enthusiasm – Angelo Makula
For him, art is more than a visual experience – it is an expression of thoughts, emotions and stories.
His work is based on the conviction that the true value of a work of art arises from the creative power of the artist—regardless of its form. His works are characterized by stylistic diversity, reflected in techniques, materials, and themes. He combines painting, drawing, and experimental media, inspired by nature, emotions, and everyday life.
Makula sees art as a bridge between reality and imagination—as an opportunity to open up new perspectives. "For me, diversity is not just a stylistic device, but the essence of my art."
His works invite the viewer to pause, feel, and be inspired by creative energy. Because art belongs to everyone who experiences it.
