About this artwork
When creating this work, I sought to capture subtlety and tranquility through the minimalist use of color and texture. Choosing acrylic allowed me to explore transparency and layers, achieving a depth that invites reflection. The painting is a reflection of serenity, ideal for harmonizing any space with its calm and meditative energy. Its abstract style allows each person to find their own emotional connection with the piece.

« Painting is a great teacher for me. It is the experience of allowing something while my will is absent from the process. »
Anke Blaue is an artist based in Germany whose works have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally, as well as in Spain, Italy, and Belgium. For her, painting orginates from her esssence and is an expression of her inner world. In her artistic practice, Blaue allows herself to be an instrument, "so that what the moment asks can be expressed". Her bold abstract compositions are most often created with acrylics.
