About this artwork
An evening mood on Lake Constance pleinair painted. This work was created in quick brushstrokes a la prima directly on site, on an autumn evening in 2020. The violet / blue clouds are reflected in the water and form a strong contrast to the yellow of the sunset, the small sailing ship sways in the wind. And the little orange boye creates a warm contrast. Particular attention here is the lighting mood of the approaching evening.
