About this artwork
In this work, transience is not an end, but a starting point. From seemingly worthless fragments – metal, found objects, and organic forms – a new visual world emerges, in which decay and growth are inextricably linked.
The three relief-like elements resemble windows or memory chambers. They hold traces of a past life and invite closer inspection. What initially appears chaotic reveals a finely balanced composition of materiality, structure, and… color. Metallic surfaces meet flower-like forms, hard contours meet soft lines. This creates a tension between industry and nature, between the man-made and the naturally grown.
Beyond Decay tells a story of transformation. It reminds us that beauty does not arise despite the marks of time, but precisely because of them.
