My art reflects a storm of emotions, expressed through the dynamic curves and powerful contrasts of Indian ink. The collage elements reinforce the abstract nature of the work and underline its minimalist aesthetic. This expressive, expressionistic paper artwork invites you to explore the depth of simple gestures and shapes and will bring a passionate, artistic energy to any room.

Anna Eckert
Germany
« I like working with paper. I love its texture, the way it reacts to water, how it ripples and tears. It is stubborn, obstinate and develops its own character. »
Eckert is a dedicated German painter who began drawing when she was a child, taking a pencil to the walls of her nursery to create fairytale scenes. Using a figurative style to represent the human form, she produces eye-catching, strong paintings with an evident excitement for artistic expression.
