Using Indian ink on paper, I created a world full of emotions. Minimalism meets abstraction and expressionism to embody the unheard, unspoken stories that live within each of us. When this work hangs in your home, it will exude a powerful, emotional dynamic and create an atmosphere of depth and reflection.

« I like working with paper. I love its texture, the way it reacts to water, how it ripples and tears. It is stubborn, obstinate and develops its own character. »
Eckert is a dedicated German painter who began drawing when she was a child, taking a pencil to the walls of her nursery to create fairytale scenes. Using a figurative style to represent the human form, she produces eye-catching, strong paintings with an evident excitement for artistic expression.
